« Reception refused to honor online booking and refused to provide refund. »

« ⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. I was left stranded late at night with no support and had to search for alternative accommodation entirely on my own. The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an...

« Amazing stay all around. Very clean, friendly, comfy, 5 starts from me. Thank you! »

« Staff is just exceptional, helpful, very customer-orientated and always happy to help. I was offered a nice suite with kitchen on the high floor. The room was spacious and had all the equipment expected. It was very calm and there was no noise from road or in the neighborhood. So, I had a relaxing night before an early morning flight. I really appreciated the snacks as welcome gift. Hotel has got a swimming pool and fitness room in order to relax and practice sport. Driver was there to drive me...

Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh. Corridors are hot and run-down. This hotel has evidently seen better...

« Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. »
