The Space:

The spacious two-story villa offers three well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. Refresh yourself in an exotic stone bathroom equipped with a spa-style jacuzzi and rain shower. Our stunning interiors and tropical garden, with feature elements like bohemian rope swings, set the perfect backdrop to your holiday escape. The large open-concept floor plan creates a spacious and airy atmosphere from which you can enjoy your private pool and spend time with your loved ones. The rooftop boasts a gorgeous gazebo, a cozy space for entertaining.

We are committed to providing a safe, top-tier experience for all our guests. To ensure these high health and hygiene standards are met, our maintenance team automatically performs essential pool and garden care at least once every two days. Please note that this upkeep schedule is a mandatory safety requirement for the property and will be carried out seamlessly throughout your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



Guest Access:

The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please.



You can access the villa from a quiet path. The villa features a private parking space, suitable for one medium-sized car or several motorbikes. Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the key to the entrance gate.

Features a prime location without compromising your peace and privacy. Steps away from Kayu Aya beach, you're well placed within walking distance of some of Bali's best beach clubs and resorts. Step out of the villa's quiet alley onto one of the most popular streets in Seminyak, full of great shopping, restaurants, and bars!



Well isolated from the hustle and bustle, your private villa gives all the energy of a secluded tropical retreat, but wander outside, and you're within walking distance to La Favela and Ku De Ta. Surround yourself with some of Bali's trendiest spots for dinner and a drink, perfect for the aspiring foodie! You'll find no shortage of great options nearby, from the very instagrammable Motel Mexicola to other great eats like Italian Job, Naughty Nuri's, and Corner House.

Getting Around:

The villa is strategically located with restaurants, bars, beach spots, and Bali’s nightlife, all reachable by foot. For the adventurer looking for more sightseeing, a day tour with one of our drivers is a great way to see the island. We offer convenient transport services with a fleet of available cars and experienced local drivers. We’re more than happy to assist you with renting your own scooter, motorbike, or car. Take the stress out of holiday travel; getting around was never so easy.



Other Things to Note:

Cleaning is provided six days a week. Flower baths can be arranged once per bathtub. Additional services such as breakfasts or in‑house massages are available upon request.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re excited to have you stay with us as our guest and will be available throughout your stay to assist with any needs or questions. Upon check-in, a member of the staff will be present to greet you, giving a small tour of the property and providing you with the room keys. Our villas are stand-alone properties, so rest assured you will have complete privacy; the entire villa is yours to enjoy.
