« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you. »

« Hotel was very clean and the staff was great! Expressway is very loud in the rooms though, need windows to be more insulated. Also, the lights and a/c cut off after 10 minutes when there isn't movement in the room. This means when watching TV or sleeping the room will get warm in the summer. »

« Bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest, I had to use the towels not to be on direct contact with them...and nobody responded to help me or even apologize....i have never seen that and I travel a lot »

Pas de cafetière dans la chambre comme prévu, pas de déjeuner fourni malgré l’annonce. Chambre fonctionnelle avec air climatisé, frigo et micro onde propres , pas de congélateur, petit coffre-fort, fer à repasser et séchoir à cheveux. Je n’ai pas eu le code du wifi. Il ont encaissé le paiement sur ma carte de crédit dès mon arrivée alors que c’était annoncé qu’on...
