Sentier de randonnée Ptarmigan Lake Trail

Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!

We had a problem with arriving 04/13/2025. At four PM, the room was not ready. Later a first room was given but when coming in, it has not been cleaned. A second room was attributed but it was the same. Then a third room was given and it was update. This courtesy has been appreciated by my wife and me. Except that incident the stay in this hotel was perfect.

This was a beautiful property and a lovely place to stay. Gwen and Mark were excellent hosts and accommodated my gluten free needs. Each breakfast was so tasty and the coffee was plentiful. We did have a night where we enjoyed the salt water hot tub and a nice cup of tea in the evening. I would recommend staying least two nights, so you get to enjoy the property and all it has to offer.
