« This was the perfect base for all the adventures I had planned in Sedona. The host clearly laid out all details and communicated wonderfully. There were no surprises. The bed was the softest, most luxurious mattress you could find. There is a tv, which I was pleasantly surprised about. I hope to return and stay here again. It was a wonderful deal. « It was beautiful!! This was perfect. Your vehicle is protected beside a closed gate. You walk down the walkway and you come around the corner and there’s a cute patio, trees, running water! It was amazing!! And the stars at night……this place was awesome! If we go back to Cottonwood, we will make sure we stay here again!! »

« Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The host stopped by to make sure we were settling in okay and then was available if we needed them (which we didn't, as all was in order). The place as perfect for us. Although it was on 89A, the house was quiet and the view of the Red Rocks spectacular. There was a welcome book that included useful maps, suggestions for hike, a park hang tag, and other local information. There were great restaurants within walking distance and Uptown Sedona was a short (3 mile)...

« A hidden gem in the AZ desert!!! Firstly, it may be a little studio, but it packs a great punch - FULLY equipped oasis. Secondly, the cleanliness and organization of the place satisfied my semi-OCD. Lastly, the hummingbirds that hang out on the patio are so MAJESTIC. 10/10 truly recommend! »
