« Lovely unit with all the basics required for a stay, plus a private patio with comfortable seating, and private outdoor shower (a must-have for a true Cape vacation!). We also enjoyed the gas fire pit and seating on the lawn and garden area. We were also happy to have safe places to walk our dog. Parking was easy, the location quiet and convenient. »

« The property was just perfect! It was a girls' trip for 2 of us. The condo was set up perfectly so we each had our own space. We picked up groceries and had mimosas and bagels on the balcony over looking the ocean every morning. We went out exploring during the day and ate charcuterie and wine on the balcony every night. We were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony on the 4th of July. We also watched movies when we got home in the evening and it was great that we could access...

« The place is quite small but just what we needed for a quick getaway. Very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy once we realized we were at the correct place. Outside pictures would have made this a bit easier. A short walk to the beach. Easy driving to area attractions and restaurants. Overall a nice location and place to stay. »

« Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! »

« Lovely accommodations in a great spot! Bus stop for the shuttle to/from P-town is right across the street. Beautiful views and beach walking right from condo. It's a little tight for 5 people with one bathroom, but certainly not insurmountable. We had issues with AC but owner was not at fault, was very responsive, and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. »

« We were in town for a wedding at Chatham Bars in. Great alternative to having to get 2 rooms. Very convenient and relaxing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. »
