« The cottage was cute, cozy, and in a great location—just a short walk from the parking lot and about three minutes down a path to a quiet, uncrowded beach. While the beach was peaceful, it was quite rocky and had a lot of seaweed. The cottage deck gets full sun most of the day as the awning isn’t functional. « This little cottage was a terrific place to stay. Check in and checkout was simple. It was nice to have a kitchen and grill available. David was a terrific host. Very responsive and helpful. The cottage is in a great location. You can walk to almost anywhere you want to go. The beaches are a bit far to walk to, but the PTown shuttle is free, dog friendly and convenient. We took it to the beach several times. We had a great stay. »

« This was the perfect spot for our family get away. Plenty of room for myself, my husband, and son. The home was clean and a stones throw from the beach where you could sit out and hear the waves as you have your morning coffee. Will definitely be booking with them again next summer! »

« This was our first time vacationing in Cape Cod and we hit the lottery with this cottage and host! We had the best time, and our three teens all voted best beach vacation trip. « I wanted a cottage on the bay that was close enough to the water that I did not have to load up the car, carry bulky equipment and make long journeys to bathrooms. With this cottage and location, I had the beach right outside my door. For me it was worth the cost just to have all of the conveniences, the sound of the water, beach walks, daily sunsets and privacy.
