« I stayed 6 nights. Units had a ski locker with a combination lock in the mud room. Vacasa could not tell whether I'm allowed to use it. Unit was entitled to free Dial a Ride. Vacasa could not give me the code. In general, communication with Vacasa was by far the poorest experience I have had with a VRBO property manager. On the positive side, the property location is perfect. Its a 3 minute walk from chair 4 and the gongola, and closer to many Mountain Village restaurants, coffee, retail stores...

« Very cozy suite that had mostly everything you could want from bathroom items and kitchen supplies. Located just a few minutes from Telluride, rarely had to use the car because I could walk everywhere. Only issue I had was the parking pass which was located in a welcome binder. However instead of being a hanging tag it was a print out copy that was kind of faded and hard to read. Other than the small issue, enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for others. »

We were going to use the fold out bed but the sofa is not in good repair (hard to fold out the mattress as a bolt is missing) and this hasn't been used in a while as evidenced with food crumbs and dust. Fortunately, the bunk is available and just fine for adults under 5'10" - not the most comfy of mattresses but my sister loved the main...
