« Listing said 1.5 bathroom and laundry available. There was no shower or laundry in-or-outside the treehouse. The shower and laundry are in the main building and I was told that I did not have access to either despite the listing saying otherwise. I do a lot of hiking so this was a particularly nightmarish situation with no good alternatives at the last minute. »

« It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. « Beautiful property, cozy place. Hot tub was amazing! Our host was great. Polite and very attentive. Everything was excellent. The only problem we had was dealing with the TV system. Too many remotes and never figured out how to adjust the volume on the TV. »
