« Fantastic location, beautiful property, well-furnished and appointed. Came to town to hang out with our student and wanted a little more space than a hotel room. This converted carriage house was perfect for our needs - walking distance to old town’s shops and restaurants, and close to campus and the Mason running trail. The spiral staircase to the bedrooms (and the downstairs bathroom) might make it a less great pick for anyone with mobility issues or small kids, but for us it was fabulous! »

Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins. »

« You will not find a more attractive, staged, clean home than this one on VRBO. Lots of natural light and beautiful sunrises. Very quiet and safe neighborhood that is within 15 to 20 minutes of Windsor and Fort Collins. Since there were only two of us, we only used the primary bedroom. The bed in this room is very comfortable.Stacy and her staff that manage the property were very professional, friendly, and prompt in getting back to us with any questions that we had. »

I was slightly worried that there would be a ‘cow smell’ in the area as people warned me about it (after I booked) but all was fine- absolutely no smell...
