Both host interaction and amenities. I asked the host to confirm the amenities worked because this is the only reason I’m booking this cabin. The host confirmed yes, but when I arrived that evening the key code didn’t work. the next day we noticed the indoor pool was closed, the jacuzzi was shooting out black stuff thru the pipes, the sauna took forever to get warm not hot and the internet keep freezing during movies. I emailed the host no response. when I finally spoke to someone they did an investigation, so they say, they claim when I booked the cabin everything was good. They said pipes froze right before arrival but didnt inform me to offer another option. They compensate me only 100 for the inconvenience. Said they didn’t get a notification the pool wasn’t opened.
