This property is just as described. Cheryl is a gracious host and has paid attention to detail. The decor was perfect. We loved the outside fireplace but didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted to because an Arctic blast came in but we did enjoy the inside fireplace. Cheryl & Jeff have thought of so much that you don’t need to bring anything for entertainment. Books, games, pool table, arcade style games. Best is the many outside and inside sitting areas to chill or take in a view. Kitchen is well equipped. You cannot go wrong with this rental. The information booklet provided will help with all the things to help with local things to do, places to eat and attractions.

We immensely enjoyed our time at Good Karma! Cheryl has thought of everything to make your stay inviting and comfortable. There is nothing we can think of that we were missing or needing during our stay. We chose to make most meals at the VRBO as the drive up at dusk/night was not something we wanted to do after days spent hiking in the Smoky’s. The views we had of the mountains showing off their fall color from the deck were spectacular. We enjoyed the amenities of the game room and pool table for fun evenings. The hot tub was very clean and was perfect for stargazing. I loved waking up at dawn and Turing on the gentle glow,of the fireplace! We had a Labrador retriever with us who who loved lounging with us on the decks. There was enough space in grassy areas near the cabin to leash her to walk for potty times. All around, this was a wonderful stay and we highly recommended it!

There are so many good things to say about this rental experience from the host getting back to me right away to the owners thinking of everything to make our stay comfortable. I always look at reviews before renting and this home did not disappoint (cleanliness is a must for me and this home stood out). If you don't mind the mountains be certain to put this home on your list, in fact its probably the only place that makes you want to stay at the cabin because its that nice. Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating my family loved it.

Exceeded expectations, and that’s saying a lot given the ratings were 10/10 going in. Property setting is wonderful, and porch with fireplace, hot tub and grill are where all our memories were made. Can’t recommend it more.

Everything was perfect! The cabin was beautiful and the location high and quiet with great views!!! Each room had a comfy bed, bathroom, and cozy decor! The master bath was awesome! The hot tub on the top deck off the master was phenomenal! It also had 2 other entrances to get to it so as not to disturb the master bedroom if needed. Pool table was great and had games on site! Views were out of this world! We saw black bear, squirrels play song, lots of birds, and the ambience was great at night especially by the outdoor fireplace! Plenty of searing inside and out! Fun little loft spot overlooking living room too! Wheelchair accessible ramp or dog friendly ramp! Deck is all fenced in and had a dog lead if you want to bring your pup! Town is dog friendly too! The owner, Cheryl, is very responsive to messages and really thought of everything from little shampoo/conditioner/lotion to PLENTY of towels! A must for a family and the hot tub! Laundry in premises was priceless and helped keep our stay easily organized and made it easy to leave with clean clothes packed! The couch in the living room was so comfy too! It was close to Gatlinburg/sieverville/Pigeon Forge and the national park! The deck has not only a two person rocker next to the swing but tons of rocking chairs to enjoy the views! The hot tub was clean, overlooking the mountains and high enough in the 2nd deck no need to worry about wildlife.. just relax! Secluded and serene this Vrbo is well worth every penny! A

Perfect getaway!

Wonderful cabin with amazing views!

We stayed at Good Karma with our grown sons and their girlfriends and we all enjoyed our time there. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and the owners have truly thought about your every need. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, was super clean and the views were awesome. We liked the privacy and would highly recommend.

Clean, spacious, like brand new cabin perfectly located.

Cheryl's cabin is just wonderful. Everything was better than advertised and we loved staying there for a week. We do not have any pets and yet found that the place had no animal odors or even pet hairs to be found. The whole cabin is kept pristine.

Fantastic cabin!

We stayed at Good Karma over 4th of July and had a great time! There were 6 of us plus one small dog and there was plenty of space for everyone. The cabin was very cleaned and was stocked well with towels, kitchen utensils, etc! We will definitely stay again!

Quiet side cabin

As advertised! This is a great cabin on quiet road and on the quiet side of the Smokies. Well stocked kitchen for making a family dinner, nice variety of games for the kids and 2 comfortable decks for relaxing. Situated perfectly between Pigeon Forge and Townsend, made it easy to enjoy the Cades Cove entrance to the National Park or the neon lights of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our next trip back we will be looking to stay here again. Thank you to Cheryl and Matt for prompt responses to our questions and helpful tips to enjoy the area.
