Very excellent experience, the cabin was very clean when we checked in had a nice view, everything in the cabin was really great, had a good experience
Itâs been a few months since we stayed, but when we did the roof downstairs leaked when we ran the jacuzzi thatâs upstairs, but wasnât a big deal. If it didnât have that, I would give it 5 stars. They have a washer and dryer in the bathroom, which was convenient to warm the towels for after a shower. Hot tub was clean for it being only April. The place can sleep lots of people & has a decent sized kitchen. Cool appliances. Very steep driveway, but thatâs to be expected in the mountains. Itâs a great place for a family to stay or if you want to hang out with friends.
This property was a nice place for our family. We wanted a nice relaxing weekend. We only had one problem with our stay. When we arrived, there was a pair of panties left on the steps of the hot tub. Iâm not sure if the panties were overlooked by the cleaners, left by the cleaners, or left by someone after the cleaners. Either way, I felt like it was unacceptable. But what was disappointing was I messaged the property manager and got absolutely no response.
Overall enjoyed our stay. We mostly used the Cabin as a place to sleep as we spent most our time out and about. The drive up to the cabin is on the steeper side, if you've ever stayed in a Cabin before this is as to be expected in some locations as you are in the mountains. Parking was a pull off to on the side of the road that is on a slight hill but we were able to fit two small SUV's with no issue. Check in information will come the day of your arrival. Housekeeping changes the door code so the owner will not have this information upfront until the Cabin is ready for your arrival. Overall the Cabin fit our family size of 4 just fine. My only real complaint was that the Cabin could have been a little cleaner. The Jacuzzi tub still had dirt in the tub but we didn't plan on using anyways so we didn't make a big deal of it. The kids had one bed while me and my wife had the other. I did like the location of this Cabin as the location of the Cabin allowed us to skip most the traffic heading into Gatlinburg. You can easily take the back path through the Craft and Art Village which is a nice scenic drive in its self. Overall we had a fun vacation.
The road was narrow and steep. The property was not children friendly and there was no piazza delivery available. It was not large enough for 6 to stay comfortably. Very disappointed
The road needs to be repaved. The turns were very difficult to negotiate The roads had literally holes in the asphalt. There is not enough room for parking to be off the road. The kitchen lacked items needed for cooking. The communication with the property manager was lacking. It took hours for him to respond with an address and entrance access. We had to call VRBO to get the address.. The view from the porch was ideal to view the Dollywood fireworks each night.
Overall the cabin was nice. The kitchen could have used some other things. I didn't find a toaster. There were no wine glasses and only 1 steak knife! But of course all of these we could overcome!
Even though we didn't get to use them, inside and outdoor jacuzzi tubs. Bed slept well, nice large flat screen TV's with service and wifi. Electric security gate at entrance and ease of combination lock on cabin door. It's cozy!!!
The only problems we encountered were the cable in the loft area upstairs repeatedly quit working. The tiles were cracked all over the cabin and the shower curtain was moldy in the downstairs bathroom. Every thing else was fine
Great location in the woods and very close to pigeon forge. Nice hot tub on the porch and comfortable beds. Only setback I have with this property is that I would not consider it child friendly. Very steep drop off from the porch and wide set rails outside and in the loft area. Other than that it was great!
We loved how convenient the cabin was to everything. We were still in the side is a mountain in the woods in peace and quiet but only 10 min from dollywood and everything else in Pigeon Forge. I was very nervous about getting to the cabin based off of other reviews but it was not as bad as I expected. Yes the drive is narrow and yes it is steep but once you navigate up and down once or twice you are a pro (We drove my small suv the was a 4cyl and it made it up just fine.)The cabin was very clean and was just enough space for the 4 of us and our dog. The porch was so nice and peaceful and the hot tub was a plus as well. The only two things I would say about the cabin is there is no yard for the pets unless you climb down to a trail below the cabin and the other thing is the beds are very hard. With that being said we were so tired from going all day that we still passed out at night anyways
and your pets will always find a place to do their business.
I loved this cabin so much! It was cozy and felt like home. The views were amazing, we were close to all attractions and restaurants. We had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!
The driveway is a little steep and needs repaved but not too bad. The overall cabin has a lot of potential but it could use some TLC (cracked tiles on floor, leaking shower from above, etc.). There are 2 main issues that cannot be overlooked however. The first one is we saw what looked like blood on the sheets and mattress cover. Upon further inspection we found more problems with the bedding and mattress cleanliness. I attempted to let the property owner know about this by messaging first and then by phone twice. I never received an answer back from him. I would look elsewhere.

We really enjoyed out stay and this is a nice cabin. We took our dogs which drastically limited what was available and we chose this cabin based on prior reviews, it worked out well.
I will say if you are looking for a pristine 5-Star super fancy cabin, this isnt it, but it is very nice. There are some issues, numerous cracked tiles on floors, broken lamp, broken sprayer on sink hose, rickety railings, lack of parking if taking more than one car.
More disappointing was the liquid under the one shelf in the refrigerator (note the fridge was clearly cleaned and top quality but a design flaw makes this impossible to clean) and a leak that developed from the upstairs shower onto the washer in the downstairs bathroom.
The cracked tiles, scratched floor (small but a couple noticable) and other issues we didn't mind knowing the cabin was pet friendly and their could be similar from same. I just made sure to do a solid inspection, took pictures and messaged the owner as soon as I discovered any issues.
The owner was pleasant in the messages they responded to and did get some trash I mentioned which had been left along the private road cleaned up the next day. I was clear I wasn't worried about the other issues just noting so that said damage wouldn't be blamed on us.
If I return to the Pigeon Forge area I will definitely look up these properties, I just likely would choose a different cabin as this one appears to have the worst parking situation of the 3 I could see (I believe there's 9 on the private road).
The cabin was very nice! There were a few bugs inside cabin, and bed sheets and covers could have been a bit cleaner. However, beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. Overall, enjoyed our weekend!

We had a great stay! Enjoyed the cabin and it was stocked with everything we needed to accommodate us! We will stay again!! The location is close to town but very private and peaceful!
There was no parking to speak of. The porch was at an angle and hard to walk on. This house is not a kid friendly home. The railing by the hot tub is not up to par. A child could possibly fall through. The stairs going upstairs is wobbly and could easily fall down. The washer and dryer is very old and in poor condition. There were several bugs in the house that we killed. There is a squirrel that lives in the attic. We left a day early because we we unhappy with the home. I could not stay there for 1 more night.
