The stadium-style home theater is Rocky Top's crown jewel: dedicated room with a large screen, proper theater seating, and a library of 200+ DVDs to choose from. The game room beside it has a full-size pool table, air hockey, skee-ball, and more - enough to fill an entire rainy day without ever repeating.



Kitchen & Dining

Large kitchen built for serious group cooking - dual ovens, granite countertops, Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, two full-size refrigerators, blender, Crockpot, all cookware and dishes. Beautiful wooden dining table with window views seats the whole group.



Technology

10 HDTVs with cable throughout - every bedroom has its own screen so couples and kids can split up for the night without anyone compromising. Dedicated theater screen in the home theater room. Fast WiFi across the full lodge.



Laundry

Full-size washer and dryer on site. When you've got 21 guests, you'll be glad it's here. Pack lighter than you think you need to. Starter linens and towels included.

Road to the property is steep - 4WD or AWD advised in wet or winter conditions.

Located near the top of a ridge - the views are spectacular but the road requires care.

No pets. No smoking inside the lodge.

Large group cabin - please respect quiet hours for neighboring properties.
