your use. No lifeguard on duty since it is a private on-site pool so, please watch your children.
• Everyone has a BED to sleep in, NO sofa sleepers.
• Doggy Fire Hydrant and Cleanup Dispenser. Please clean up after your pet. City dogs will feel at home.
• Disposable pet water and eating bowls provided. First class accommodations for your pet.

bathrooms.
• Private oasis on 5 acres with plenty of room for kids to roam with both a large flat area and rolling hill.
• All TVs have ROKU controls and several with DVD players. Bring your favorite apps and DVDs.
• The pool is cleaned and the hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before each stay
• Game room has the largest collection of “No Parking” signage in Sevier County.
• Kid’s room has a wall chalkboard to let them be creative.
• Gas fireplace in the living room to enjoy year round.
• Smores~ville at our outdoor firepit sitting under the stars. Remember to bring your marshmallow roasting sticks.

• Flat parking for 6-8 cars.
• Bring igniter and lighter fluid for outside firepit w wood and charcoal for grill.

• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
• PETS PERMITTED- 2 dogs max weighing no more than 30# each.
• Pet fee is $150. Update Who/Add guests/Pets in the Where/When/Who box at the top of the screen.
• 18 guests maximum
• Quiet hours 11:00pm-7:00am
• We do provide short term stay starter items such as 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, liquid dish soap, 5 dish tabs for
the dishwasher, liquid hand soap, 5 trash bags, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but it is recommended that you provide your own
supplies for any stay over 2-3 days
• Make sure to put trash in the bear-proof bins or inside so the wildlife does not get into it. Call for any longer stays for an extra pick up if needed.
