When we arrived the property looked like it had not been cleaned at all. Still dirty bed sheets from the people before us, counters had crumbs and were sticky, floor was dirty with crumbs, mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile, hot tub was disgusting. When you call, you talk to an answering service and then they reach out to the property manager. Cleaning service finally arrived at 10 pm. I made them clean the whole property again and change all the sheets. When I called to get the trash emptied, they didn't come for at least 2 days to empty it. The cabin itself has a lot of space. The roads to get there is very steep. Everything seemed like a hassle and will not be renting from this place again.
