Wood-paneled rooms, dark trim, and coordinated furnishings create a warm backdrop for group getaways of up to 22 guests.

The fully stocked kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, making it easy to stay connected while preparing meals. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, blender, toaster, and baking supplies support everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners; drip and Keurig coffee makers, coffee, and a kettle make mornings easy.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 22 guests across three levels:

• Additional king suite with sofa bed
• Pull-out sofa in the game room

Lower level
• Queen master suite with a full bathroom, also conveniently accessible from the pool area

You’ll have private, exclusive access to the entire cabin and its amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, theater, game room, and decks. A private entrance and smart lock make self check-in straightforward.

Smith Creek Reserve is currently under development, so you may hear construction noise or see construction vehicles during your stay. The cabin is well insulated to help minimize disturbances. Rates reflect this possibility, and construction is outside our control.

We work hard to keep all amenities available, though occasional maintenance issues can arise. If something needs attention, our team will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Shared resort schedules vary by season, water features are weather-dependent, and hours may change for maintenance or events. Pickleball and mini golf are typically available year-round.

A starter pack includes a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and travel-size toiletries. Linens, towels, sheets, quilts, and extra blankets are provided.

For your privacy, the camera feature on the Amazon Echo Show welcome guide is disabled. One exterior security camera is located at the front entrance for guest safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the cabin or in private outdoor areas.

Christmas décor is displayed from December 1 through December 31. Long-term stays are welcome.
