The cabin was beautiful, but the cookware was atrocious with burnt stuff in pots and pans. I do give credit that someone had a delivery made of new pots and pans and utensils and a griddle which I requested for pancakes for a large group.For three days when you turned the water on and any faucet in the cabin, there was a sewer smell. My husband is a contractor and he said it was because the water had not been ran for quite some time and the water backed up.For the price we paid you, plus AvantStay, we should have no complaints about this place but we do.Will not be staying there ever again.

The cabin was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was beautiful ,so roomy ,great location and we would love to stay there again. I loved how the four bedrooms were separate . The entertainment from all the bearers coming up, multiple times a day was better than going to Cade's Cove because we seen all the bears that We wanted right there from the cabin. It was phenomenal

We rented this cabin for our family vacation. There were 9 adults and 2 dogs, and there was more then plenty of space for everyone. Our favorite thing was getting to see the bears DAILY (specfically the mom and her 3 babies). The bears are highly active in this area, so please beware if bringing dogs with you. We even spotted a bobcat during our stay as well. The game room provided great games for entertainment during our down time at the cabin. Highly recommened this cabin, especially if you love to see all the wildlife the Smoky Mountains has to offer.

Perfect for our family getaway

Morven was a great property that was perfect for our family vacation. We had a group of 8 and everyone had a good experience. It was great having plenty of bathroom space, and the bedrooms were adequate size. Good kitchen set-up (could use some more silverware) with nice utensils. There are several houses nearby, but we felt like we had plenty of privacy. This house is very close to many fun touristy places, and the back entrance into the Great Smoky Mountain National Park was about 10 minutes away. We loved the location and would rent this house again.

We had a great stay at the Morven over the Easter holiday! The cabin is just as advertised. It’s in a great location with lots of daily visits by the neighborhood bears! It’s well stocked with the kitchen having everything that you need. Had a small issue but the team took care of it very professionally.

Waking up to the stunning mountain views every morning was absolutely magical.The location was perfect—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive to all the attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The hot tub on the deck was a dream after a day of hiking, and the fireplace made evenings feel extra special.Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin located perfectly in the mountain tops. Close to a walking trail, dog friendly with all the amenities. The beds were all very comfortable with private baths which made it comfortable for everyone. The mountain views in the front and back of cabin were breathtaking. Our overall experience was exceptional and we hope to rent this cabin in the future.

Family & Friends winter vacation

The cabin was nice and it was a great location. The view to the outside was ok, you have to go outside to really get the view. The huge windows in the front of the cabin face other cabins. I thought it would be more secluded and you could look out back to a nice view. No biggie though. There was a large infestation of lady bug looking creatures. This definitely needs to be addressed, my kids were waking up with lady bugs crawling all over them, in their beds and in their suitcases. All in all it was a comfortable place to stay with comfortable beds and enough room for 10 of us. We brought 3 dogs and one of them is a service dog which I disclosed before I booked and made sure this was ok. then after we left I got an email saying there were undisclosed pets. If I came back to TN I’d probably look for another cabin, with a better view from the inside and no lady bugs! And a fire pit that the whole group can sit around. Also the fireplace inside is fake. That was a huge disappointment.

Absolutely beautiful cabin in a great location. The cabin was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay!! It was perfect for our family vacation of 8 adults and 4 kids under 3 years old. We even got to see several bears during our stay. Will absolutely stay here again in the future!! Highly recommend!!
