Amazing Experience

My family and I enjoyed our stay and the process it took when arriving. We kimda booked short notice and Jordan and April really made it easy for us as if we had prepared a little better. We really appreciate that. Everything was just like it said in the description and photos. Im a little scared of the mountain drive ups and this drive up the mountain was perfect. Me and my family will be back soon for sure.

Wonderful Family Trip

Had a wonderful time with cousins. Kids ranging from 1-6 year old had a blast. Great house, great location, great memories. Comfortable beds and gorgeous views.

Fall break with kids and grandkids

Where to start!!! This cabin is amazing. Everything about it was perfect. The location was great. There were 6 adults and 5 kids (ranging from 18 to 8) and we were never crammed on top of each other. The living room and kitchen have ample seating for all. The house was clean and decorated with all kinds of pictures that we kept going back to look at. The rugs in the living room and the bed room are the softest we have ever experienced. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked at the cabin every night but one. The outdoor blackstone grill was great (we have one at home). The younger kids spent most of their time in the pool, game room and theater room and the hot tub. The host Jordan and April were amazing. I got emails from them before and during our stay and they always responded immediately. When it came time to go home not one person in the cabin wanted to leave. We will definitely be staying at the cabin again.

Perfect for large groups!

This lodge is perfect for large groups! We had 16! Kids, teens and adults. The views are beautiful. The lodge is so homey and there is space for everyone. The grands loved the pool and game room. The adults and kids loved gathering in the large kitchen and living room. The beds are comfortable. I love that everyone has their own bathroom. Jordan and April were wonderful to work with. There were a few cleaning issues that were addressed with the owners. Those issues did not interfere with our stay at all. I highly recommend renting this lodge! You will not be disappointed!!

Lovely cabin, convenient location, great communication

This roomy cabin provided everything we needed to have a great 3 day vacation with family, including small children. The owners have thought of everything, including baby gates and a highchair. Communicating with the owners was quick and easy. The location was convenient. If we return to the area we'd definitely stay here. Almost forgot the wonderfully helpful guide that we downloaded; it answered all questions and was appreciated.

Great house and location, but…

Overall, our stay was good. Check-in was painless, we had everything we needed in the house already, and the beds and bathrooms were clean. I’ll break our experiences out in a list for easy reading. The good: - House definitely has that log cabin feel even though there are several houses in the area - Location is great very close to Gatlinburg and Dollywood - Lots of rooms all with their own bathroom - House was fully equipped with stuff. No need to bring much -Beds, Bathrooms, most things clean with linens and towels provided The Not-So-Good: - Pool was clean but a bit too cold to comfortably swim in. Felt around 70 degrees. Kids did not want to swim in it due to the temperature - Hot tub was dirty. Had particles floating in it. A member of our party attempted to clean it but the filter had so much stuff in it they just gave up - All but one of the arcade games had something broken - The floor and out-of-sight areas were really dirty. We had to rinse our feet off in the shower before bed. Under the coaches and other harder to reach areas were extremely dirty - Many of the items in the house seem to be inexpensive and not made to withstand being constantly used. The chairs for instance seemed to be falling apart and almost injured a member of our party - Propane fire pit did not work - Lots of damaged items in the house which caused us to take time documenting them all The home owners were nice and communicative but did not rectify any of the issues during our stay.

Good for what we needed-lacked cleanliness

Let me start by saying the renters were fantastic. They were on top of all communications, even when we had a small hiccup with the A/C (not their fault and the emergency air people came right away). However, there are many aspects that need improvement. Before I continue I should add we had an Independent Contractor and professional maid in our party. The property had been "cleaned" prior to our arrival, however, after the euphoric "we arrived" was over, we noticed much of the cabin needed to ACTUALLY be cleaned. For example, we found a sock leftover from a previous renter, more dust than you can imagine on all ceiling fans and around/under the furniture. We left the house better than we found it, in my opinion. However, the popcorn machine was gross, I would not have allowed my children to eat anything out of that contraption. But the part that was the biggest disappointment to me was the hottub/pool. The hot tub, was......disgusting. I got in the first day and it was clear that thing has not been cleaned in a good long while. It was greasy, oily, and just plain gross. People in our party got in, but I could not get over the nasty feeling so I did not. The pool was nice, cool. The toys were mostly broken or not usable, but we brought some of our own. I did appreciate the games in the game room, and the recliners in the theater room. The Blackstone was awesome and used for every meal. There were plenty of dishes and appliances to cook. The beds were comfy, but bring pillows.

Lots of elbow room

Great location. Easy access to all the cities and attractions. All bedrooms are large. Gameroom, theatre and pool on bottom level away from bedrooms and dinibg area. Great view. Everyone could fine their own space or get together without feeling cramped.

Amazing Stay

This property was perfect for all of our family needs. The updated inside with all of the furnishings made for an amazing stay! We loved the options of the indoor pool, game room, theater, and hot tub! There was something for everyone in this property! I will definitely be recommend this property to anyone and everyone!
