Not cleaned well. Coffee maker didnt work, no water so no lakefront, no working tv stations, host had horrible attitude. Was offered credit but nothing ever given. Cold cold cold rooms. Water pressure was awful. Ruined a special Christmas for family.

This place was everything we hoped for. It is the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at and the communication was amazing. I never needed anything, but they checked in a couple times to make sure everything was in order. The decks are bigger than they looked in the pictures and the views were even better than we expected. It was also incredibly well stocked with all cooking supplies and utensils. The teens had plenty to do in the game room/lake and the adults spent lots of time on the deck. I would absolutely stay here again.

A chill, bachelors lake weekend

I was greatly impressed by the amenities the property supplies. We had 9 people staying and we never had to break into our own supplies of toiletries, paper towels, dish-cleaning materials, etc. (although I would suggest bringing extra ice if you're group is large and uses ice frequently in drinks). The outside area was fantastic, we spent most days/nights outside as the firepit kept us warm at night, the shaded dock allowed us to fish in the shade during the day, and the patio was a good medium to be able to talk to people in the house and on the dock. The inside is exactly what you'd want in a lake cabin for every kind of trip; a huge gameroom that's better than almost all hotels/resorts I've stayed at, an open living room/kitchen area for plenty of people to talk and sit, and a 6-bed kid-room/theater perfect to get away from the kids at night or to sleep as many people the property allows. The lack of exterior pictures did scare me a bit (especially since Google Streetview doesn't go down the entire street), but trust me when I say, You shouldn't worry. The house looks like a lakehouse and parking was plentiful. I would booking at this property again if it was available at my time.

Perfect weekend away!

Perfect for big families, fully stocked kitchen. Tons of dishes and pot to cook. Multiple games and even toys for the children. The game room was fantastic, our adults and the children we enjoyed every minute! Hot tub, grill, the lake everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds and beautifully decorated.

Low water level

If we could rate a 3.5 that would be our true evaluation. The house was great, the rooms were spacious, there were plenty of kitchen gadgets/supplies, the majority of games pictured were present and working. The hot tub and sauna were great after we restarted the ht and googled sauna instructions. The price of the home is clearly based off the lake accessibility and that is where we were disappointed. The Reservoir had been drained significantly which altered the ability to access the lake, fish and greatly changed the view from a beautiful lake to mostly mud, rocks and some water that was visible toward the middle. We truthfully picked this cabin because we are a fishing family. I had reached out to the property manager and was told that the lake draining doesn’t begin until November, which in her defense is also what is listed on the lake site. We did justify the increase in price, compared to other local cabins, due to the lake access. Also, to sleep as many as it advertised that does mean 2 people/bed in each of the full size bunk beds, which are not comfortable. We are fortunate to have quite a few other rentals to compare this to with price and amenities and feel that the price does not match the value. The property manager is very nice and accessible for the little things we contacted her about during our stay. Due to our busy personal/work lives we enjoy solitude during our trips and would prefer to not have to communicate wants/needs while on vacay.

Our Stay

Our host truly thought of everything. There was tea and coffee at the breakfast bar, a ton of fun arcade games including a pool table, lots of pots to cook in, extra comfortable mattresses, and two kayaks which we fished from. The firepit and deck were awesome. We fished from the dock and soaked in the hot tub. Couldn't ask for a better place to relax and spend lots of family time together. We will definitely be back.

Perfect lakefront property!

Couldn’t imagine a better place to vacation with our whole family! We had a group of 13 parents, grandparents, and kids and were all very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. Great neighborhood, great views, lovely new dock and deck. Wonderful, very helpful host. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! We had the BEST time!!!

The cabin was exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for our stay with family. The lake was drained, which we were notified of and expected, but the views were still magnificent. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The kids LOVED the arcade room and the upstairs bunk beds/ movie area. The beds in all bedrooms were super comfortable which was so nice. Simone was very informative and quick to communicate. We truly enjoyed our stay and made some amazing memories with family. Thanks for hosting us!

SUCH A COOL LAKEHOUSE!!

This Lake Cabin is so COOOOL! Let’s just say I wouldn’t mind being trapped in this house because you really cannot be bored. There’s so much to keep you entertained. There’s a Crazy cool game room with many awesome games, Billiards and Shuffle Boards of course! The theater room is so well thought out with all the bunks and everyone would just gather there every evening for movies and popcorn. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. My wife and I loved walking/running every day. My wife was so happy with the cleanliness of this cabin and hey If my wife is happy I’m happy. Everyone in our group was blown away with this place, and let me tell you I have a picky family. Thank you so much Simona for such an unforgettable stay! Your level of attention and care before and during our stay is the best service we received. Can’t wait to stay here in the summer. There is a really nice dock that comes with the cabin and we are bringing the jet skies!!!

ABSOLUTELY ENCHANTING LAKEHOUSE!!

We stayed with many other rental companies before and Simona is the most attentive, quick, and kindest host we have ever had! Even though our stay was during the Winter Season and the water is temporarily drained, we could still see the beautiful water views in the near distance and I absolutely LOVED looking at that view every day. We took long walks with the kids around the lake area and they would jokingly say “we are on Planet Mars!” because of the red dirt LOL. The kids found some pretty cool “treasures” too on the walks which made it even more fun. The rooms are so full of character and so unique! I couldnt even get the kids out of the theater room because they wanted to stay in the super cool bunks all day and watch movies LOL. You can tell the owners put so much time and detail into this Lakehouse for every guest to have an Amazing stay. From the fairy lit wood cookie walls, to the Colorfully lit plus seriously STOCKED game room, and the super cool Theater room, this Lakehouse really has it all. We will definitely be back!!

WOW WOW WOW!!!! This cabin is BREATHTAKING!!! Pictures don't to it's justice. So tastefully decorated, so clean, so welcoming. Easy drive. My wife and I had our morning coffee on the patio just enjoying the great view. In the evening we had dinner watching the sunset at the dining table on the patio (smart choice to have a table on the patio). The mattress are so comfortable, bathrooms spotless, everything. best cleaning I had at a vacation rental! The game room was just amazing. I could not get the kids out of the bunk room. These owners thought of everything!!! We have rented from Simona previously and we will continue to do so because the places she manages are top quality and the service is like no other. You will not find a better host! Can't wait to stay again

Beautiful New Property! Can’t wait to go Again

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Simona was such an excellent host and communicated every step of the way for our trip. The cabin was so beautiful and was decorated so beautifully. The hosts really though of everything. From an arcade room to a really well stocked kitchen. We also had an amazing view of the lake. It was such a peaceful and calm getaway. We can’t wait to come back with family and friends. The road to the cabin was very easy and the area was beautiful and quiet. Thank you again Simona for this amazing stay :)
