The location was close to Seward and was perfect for the activities we had planned.The hosts were very friendly and responsive to questions.The apartment was clean and a great size for our group of 7.

Really nice place with all bedrooms having a bathroom made it ideal for our extended family group. Owner was lovely and attentive. River across the street was great spot for our son to play and throw rocks. Little less than 10 min outside of Seward main street area, but was nice to feel a bit more out of the way and quiet.

Super convenient layout for larger adult group - private. Beautiful new remodel and neighborhood is amazing with calming river across the street! Views are incredible. Will definitely be back!

I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but our experience at this property demands it. Zero communication from the host regarding condition of the unit (unit was actively undergoing a remodel that was not completed prior to our stay). We showed up expecting what was advertised and discovered a partially completed remodel. Safety hazards existed at the unit: Stairs were not finished (nails visibly sticking out of the walls and stairs / plywood stairs mixed with partially completed stairs creating trip hazards). These were not cosmetic issues and they posed a real threat of injury. There was no warning that this was the situation. All of the drawers and cabinets (including the drawers containing utensils) contained sawdust which could have been easily removed prior to our arrival. There were multiple holes in the ceiling where light fixtures looked to be anticipated. Not all of the lights in the unit were functioning (specifically the lights over the dining table). Also the finish work of the unit was crude (gaps around light switches, no poles in closets, etc.). Additionally, the arrival of the guests upstairs late in the evening woke everyone that did not wear hearing aids.Overall, the property did not match what we paid for. It looked unfinished and felt unfinished. We felt we paid a premium rate for a property unready to host guests. We really should have been notified in advance and/or the unit should have been discounted.

We booked this home for 3 nights. At around 2:30 I asked if we could check in early and the host said no (which is their prerogative as it was last minute), they were still doing some “minor construction”. At check in time the owner and a worker were still inside. I spoke with the owner and it turns out the home had flooded over the winter and they were working to get it back in shape. We were not aware of this at all until we were in the driveway unpacking the car. We went in and it looked clean, had no smell and seemed ready, so we were ready to settle in after a long day. As we unpacked, we began to see a lot of issues. To put it simply, the house is just not ready for guests. Luckily we were a group of adults, if we would’ve have children in our party, it would’ve been a nightmare. Problems we saw: there were multiple areas with exposed outlets and wiring, there were exposed nails, an exposed piece of sharp metal trim on the staircase, no microwave (the owner brought one the next morning), no hooks or towel bars of any kind in the bathrooms, the tv was not hooked up, no binder or directions on anything- WiFi, how to lock the doors, where the washer/dryer was- anything. An hour after arriving, the owner called to see if they could let someone in to fix the heat (which ended up not being fixed). The next day they started work on another unit in the building- hammering, power tools… and then the internet went out. The owner refunded our next two nights and we left.

Great house with 4 bedroom en-suites and an additional bathroom on the main floor. Excellent and timely communication by John. Very nice, clean and well equipped house. Great location, just North of Seward in a quiet neighborhood with a creek right across the street. Beds and lines were very comfortable, well decorated and more than enough space for our family of 6.A couple minor items, that are by no means a deal breaker. The right door of the refrigerator cannot be opened all the way due the location of it right next to the wall. Each room has its own heating/cooling unit, which is great; however, the adjustment of the units are difficult to read and reach due to the location of the units.Would definitely stay here again!
