The washing machine was not functioning properly, the indoor pool was not heated, and there was a water shutoff due to maintenance. The room was also smaller and less modern than shown in the listing. Overall, it’s acceptable if you get a good price and understand that not all amenities may be available. »

« I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My...

Incredible decor, wonderful restaurants, rooms are everything you can hope for, rooftop bar / restaurant is a lovely place to be and the staff are all friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Hard to imagine there could be a better place to stay anywhere nearby. Just book it. »

« We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very close to many places, which made everything very convenient. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very nice.
