"La chambre était propre et confortable sauf pour ma fille qui n’a pas eu le couchage comme prévu par l’hôtel. Elle a dormi sur la banquette avec un de nos oreiller sans aucun drap ni de serviettes prévues pour elle. Nous sommes arrivés tard et repartis pour notre avion à 4 h du mat. Nous ne sommes pas allés redemander pour le couchage vu l’heure. Excepté cet incident, je recommande cet hôtel pour le travail des employés, la propreté de la chambre , le buffet petit déjeuner copieux et accessible des 4h du matin et la proximité de l’aéroport à pied."

"Arrivée avec 2h de retard a 3h du matin personnel que nous avions prévenu avaient garder la chambre . Petit déjeuner un peu tot pour un coucher si tard 😆 (maxi 10h ). Mais check out a 12h nous avons pu récupérer et attendre confortablement notre correspondance dans le Hall IMPECCABLE"

"Hôtel idéalement situé à côté de la station de Stratford. Parfait pour aller dans les différents quartiers de Londres ou à l'aéroport et très proche de l''O2 Arena. Le quartier est calme mais vivant avec plusieurs restaurants et magasins (le Westfield à 5 min à pied est incroyable!). La chambre est confortable avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Enfin le personnel est très serviable et vous donnera tous les conseils nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour."

"Excellent séjour. Chambre silencieuse, matelas très confortables, climatisation, produits de toilette. J'ai obtenu un sèche cheveux en demandant à l'accueil. Serviettes changées chaque jour. Bouilloire à disposition avec café, thé et spéculos. Accueil agréable. Petit déjeuner très correct offert nous a permis de faire des économies sur notre séjour."
