We attended a family reunion in the area and it was a wonderful location and so lovely to be near the running river and take a dip in the refreshing water. My only recommendation would be to add in the initial listing that there is a caretaker on property. That isn't listed on the listing and I didn't know about it until the check in instructions came. « House was perfect for our group. Jeanine was very easy to reach with questions and prompt with responses. House is at the top of the Chimney Hill complex- very close to the clubhouse and probably walkable if had been a bit warmer. Distance from Mt Snow was an easy 20 min drive. Well equipped kitchen, large table, clean, spacious bathrooms, large basement area for the kids, cozy living room with fireplace for the adults. Hiking trails in complex for the non-skiers. Overall a great house! »
