« We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Adorable little house that was perfect for my needs. My stay was for 1 month. Conveniently located close to groceries,shopping and restaurants. Chain link fenced backyard was perfect for my 2 dogs. I used the covered back deck daily and was a perfect perch to watch my dogs play. Communication with the host was excellent. Alise responded quickly to any and all of my questions. I enjoyed my stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. »

« We have visited others at this property before, and knew it would be perfect for our own large family gathering. We had 15 people (plus a newborn) staying in the home, and there was no shortage of space. The kitchen was well stocked and had two fridges. The owners had practically everything we needed from towels to extra blankets, laundry detergent, etc. The view of the lake is amazing and there were so many water toys to entertain kids, young and old. We look forward to returning here next...

« Property was perfect. Very clean, well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Manager was readily available for questions and responded right away. Neighborhood was quiet and all the houses there are well kept. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Great property, the neighbor was extremely helpful and friendly. It was tight getting our 24 ft pontoon boat and long wheel based truck turned around here, but it worked. We will launch the boat first next time! The property was so nice that we didn't want to leave. We would go back every weekend if we could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! »

« A slice of heaven on the lake. Our family was in the area for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to spend the time with family and friends and relax out on the lake. Lots off activities to do at the house, from corn hole, to the arcade system for the kids, to the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The owner was very responsive with communication and worked with us during check-in. Would book again in the future. »

« The house was clean. Quiet. I appreciate the coffee provided and the travel bath supplies, as I forgot to pack for an overnight. Check in was seamless. We had zero issues at all. I would stay here again in a second. I truly loved how clean it was. »
