That is absolutely gorgeous and the property is clean and exactly as pictured. there was a lot of communication and it was easy to get a reply. House comes with a lot of amenities is beautiful clean and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Just wait until you go through the door. My only complaint is it took housekeeping an extra half an hour to clean the rest of the home before we could go in and we got there right after four and we had a truck full of groceries. Other than that it was great, and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful views, spacious house. Would be 10/10 if they cleaned up the yard and fixed some known issues in the house, but overall it worked out for our group.

Beautiful place, needs some work

This home was spacious, in a stunning location with beach access, and the bedrooms were nicely acquainted and clean. The big downside is that there was substantial floor damage covered by rugs and many things were broken such as the toilet paper holders and the oven didn't work quite right. With a mfew repairs and updates and a deep clean this property is an easy 10! For the price, we were very happy as-is

Gorgeous Views, Zero Cleaning

If you are looking for an expansive property, with room to spread out, views to make staying in a dream, and a hot tub, this is absolutely the place to stay. I will start with the Pros, then the Cons... Pros: Views were AMAZING, AC & Heat both worked great, Property Manager was responsive when we had questions. Beach access was super easy and the neighbors were so kind! Also you can see seal and jellyfish in the water! Also down the road are flower and lavender farms as well as a winery. Cons: The house was filthy. The sheets were washed on the bed but other than that I would argue the house cleaner is doing nothing. Baseboards are coated in dirt, my 10 month old would bring me old chips and her feet were black from crawling around on the floor, there is no mop so we couldn't even rectify that situation. The property lists "high chair" but they are only booster seats. Property also states they have kayaks, but they actually only have one kayak and one paddleboard. The chairs by the fire pit are broken so be VERY careful when you sit down. My husband fell while holding our infant. Also lacking spatulas so the one you use for the grill is the only one in the house which is kinda odd for a property boasting three kitchens. All around I would book again, but I would like to see such an expensive and large property invest in cleaning far more than they are. It felt gross to sit on the floor and play with my kid around all the large stains and sticky surfaces.

Beautiful escape from reality

Overall the stay was great! The home has stunning views and is super spacious and accommodating to a large group. There were plenty of amenities and things were nicely organized. The hot tub was super relaxing, and again faced the beautiful view of the water. Very peaceful location and had no issues. Would highly recommend, and would love to come back for another stay in the future!

The pictures arent what they seem the ins I de is fine the outside we couldnt enjoy the grass and lawns havent been maintained in yrs. My grandkids had nowhere to play out side it being one of the reasons i booked this property i was oromised 150.00 refund for my inconvience got nothing and no one has called me back pics are very deceiving

Thank you we enjoyed this week with family. Couple things tho… sink in the front kitchen is leaking and we were a bit worried about it. There was even bucket left under so you guys new about it. The neighbour had camera in the window and all the time it was turned into our house direction we were a bit feeling uncomfortable especially when we were all in swimsuits using hot tub. The walk down to the beach and just because apparently we couldn’t really use beach due to neighbours property was also uncomfortable. But in overall we relaxed and spent fun time celebrating birthdays. Thanks again

Exceptional!

Our group was a film crew, working our way up the coast from Port Orford, Oregon to Lilliwaup, Washington and we stayed in several VRBO properties. By far, this was our favorite. The house is perfect and the location is exceptional. I'll be back without the crew!

We like the location and view of the house. The code access to the house is not working somehow, but our family able to find a different way to get in the house, so we are fine. We called the phone# on the poster inside the house to contact Lucia for any questions about the house, but the phone# is wrong. Thank you

Great weekend!

Our group competes in the Olympus Rally and really just needed a clean place to stay with plenty of beds. We've been in the area many times in the past but this was our first stay at this property. It won't be the last. Very nice accommodations that fit our needs just fine.

Beautiful Home

The house was very nice. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Having tons of counterspace between the 3 kirchen areas was great. The kitchen could use a new double oven...it would shut off sometimes, you had to watch it. Definately the one thing they didn't replace when they remodeled. Beds were comfortable and nice arrangement of the bedrooms. I had asked if there was a BBQ and was told yes there was a grill. But it ended up being a grate on a firepit so couldn't do some of the food they way we had planned. They need to be clear about the beach access...there really isn't much. If the tide is out even a little ways the neighbors have the property leased for oyster and clam beds so we couldn't bring our boat up very close and the kids couldn't walk out over the beds without upsetting the neighbors. We had to shuttle all the kids back and forth from the boat launch which is five miles away. It was ok for launching kayaks but still not hardly any room once the tide was in. The house itself is wonderful. The area at the house is nice and quiet and fairly secluded..one close neighbor but the yard is not in great shape. The lawn hadn't even been mowed when we arrived. You could tell it was very nice at one point but has just been let go. Needs some TLC for sure! We had brought yard yatzee and farkle and some other lawn games but couldn't really play them. Could be a beautiful yard but isn't right now. I know they recently finished the remodel on the inside so maybe now they will have time to do something about the outside. We started having problems with the septic a few days after we arrived...it kept seeping up in the front flower bed. A little gross to say the least. I let Liz know and she was going to have someone come check it but it was that way for several days before we left so we had to smell it every time we went outside the front door when it would seep up. It's a great house for a large group there were lots of supplies. Just some bugs they need to work out. Liz was very good about communicating just some stuff out of her control.

Get away with a view

We were the first people to stay in this house after it was remodeled, we actually had seen the house previously while it was on the market and almost bought it, they did a good job with it.
