« I absolutely loved this place. The house itself is perfect size, hot tub was great. You are far enough out so you feel secluded but close enough to town to feel like you are not in the middle of nowhere. Close fishing and hiking spots. The owners were absolutely amazing. The only minor hiccup was corrected almost instantly. I willbe coming back hare. »

« Absolutely Great stay. The host was outstanding and responded to us very quickly with all our questions. The history and the view are outstanding. We went fishing and walked on the Forge all the way across right at our front door. One of the best places I ever stayed. Must visit Downtown Shepherdtown and Hapers Ferry. Sooo much history . Also must eat at Rock Hill Creamery absolutely the best ice cream Ive ever had. »

« What a delightful cabin! It was both clean and cozy, Private but with good access, parking, and WIFI. l was pleasantly surprised to find everything necessary for an excellent cup of coffee!These are good folks who took great care of us as guests, would absolutely reserve with Mountain Moma again! »

« Comfortable and quiet mountain cabin with convenient location for our planned activities at Harpers Ferry and Sharpsburg. We would stay there again if in the area. Good communication with the host.Deer in the yard every morning and evening added to a pleasurable experience. »

« The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes....

« This is my familys second time staying at Lisa's property. Each time the cabin has been clean, well stocked, and no issues whatsoever. Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. We look forward to our next annual trip! »

« Weekend getaway for my husband and I. This home was very clean. We had everything we needed. If youre looking for seclusion this is it, other then the house that sits right next to this one, but was still pretty private. »

« Spent Easter weekend with my family at the cabin. Very comfortable cabin in a great location. Peaceful nights relaxing on the porch or in the hot tub. Local area offers great opportunities for hiking. Excellent communication with the owners during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The deck and fire pit was pretty much where we stayed most of the time. Loved the views and having morning coffee outside! Cacapon State park was so very close and beautiful! My friend went fishing there, as well! Loved having access to a grill and to the hot tub. So many birds to enjoy listening to, as well! »

« Our family had a lovely time! The house was very clean, super comfortable, and well furnished. Everything felt very new, thoughtful and well selected. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots and pans, cutting boards, cooking utensils, etc. The only thing lacking was a can opener.The screened in porch and hot tub were both incredible additions!We even journeyed down to the creek and found lots of fun mushrooms and crawfish.Would definitely recommend! »
