„Wonderful communication with the owner, gorgeous property, & super peaceful environment. Spent Saturday in: Boonsboro (breakfast at Dream Diner), Antietam, Harper's Ferry, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, and dinner in Hagerstown (Arepa Queen). All super convenient to this location, but it's farm country so it feels a million miles away from the noise of cities and towns. “

Access was easy and the owner was very accommodating. breakfast food provided in the room, which was a nice touch. 10 minute walk into town down a steep hill but there were also a couple nice restaurants very close and the AT conservancy office is right across the street. “

It is a quaint 1920’s carriage house with beautiful hardwood floors, a pedestal tub, fully stocked kitchen & large screened in porch for relaxing on those gorgeous evenings! Upon arrival, Ramana greeted us with our keys & a tour of the whole property, including where we would be staying, showing us where we could find organic veggies & herbs ...
