TWO OUTDOOR HANGOUTS

By the cabin: Hot tub, outdoor sofas, propane firepit, mini golf, & tetherball.

By the river: A short walk across the lawn (~300 ft) brings you to your private riverfront deck, lounge chairs, wood-burning firepit and direct river access for fishing. Private stairs provide direct access to the river to fish.

Guests have private access to the entire cabin and property, including the 9-hole mini golf course, hot tub, outdoor games, decks, firepits and private Shenandoah River frontage and river access.

Your unique door code and check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.


RIVER ACCESS

The private riverfront area is approximately 300 feet from the cabin across the lawn. Stairs provide private access to the Shenandoah River. The stairs are steep, so please use caution. River conditions and water levels can change.

FIREWOOD

Firewood near the riverfront firepit is available for guests. Please only use what you need so there’s plenty for future guests.

LOCAL RACETRACK

There is a local racetrack several miles away. On race nights—typically Saturdays from April through September—you may hear the race from the property.

GRAVEL ROAD

The neighborhood is accessed by a gravel road. Please drive slowly and use care, especially during inclement weather.

KAYAKING & BOAT ACCESS

Shenandoah River Park and public boat landing: approximately a 10 minutes drive away for guests who bring their own kayaks, canoes or other watercraft.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

Massanutten Resort (Skiing/Waterpark): 20 minutes

Swift Run Gap / Shenandoah National Park & Skyline Drive: 20 minutes

Luray Caverns : 30 minutes

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

• No indoor smoking or vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana or CBD. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a minimum $200 deep-cleaning fee.

• Dogs: Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs are permitted with a $65 fee per dog. Please clean up all pet waste. Dogs are not permitted in the hot tub.
