Cabanes à Shepherdstown

« We loved this cabin! It was clean and welcoming. Clean sheets and towels provided was nice so we didn’t have to pack extra. There were directions for everything you needed (keurig, thermostat, steam shower, tv, etc). Amazing views in the winter. We enjoyed sitting in the sunroom and watching the wildlife. The supplies for our dog were appreciated and the games kept us entertained in the evening. Would highly recommend! »

« This is a cute little cottage that could use a little love. The hot tub was nice and very hot, but quite public. You're surrounded by houses. Overall, it's a cheap place that feels cheap. Also checkout is actually at 11, though the listing says 12. »

« This was a nice getaway for the time that we stayed Beds were super comfortable and just the right amount of space for us. Wish the road driving in was better, potholes that could swallow a car tire and create some real damage. Only disappointment was the access to the river. It was really not accessible with the steps in their current condition. That was one of the reasons for booking near a creek...steps need a landing or something at the bottom instead of 2x4s. « Tony always answered my texts immediately and was very easy to work with. The place was just as expected; it was comfortable and all amenities were available. Towels were laid out on the beds and the comforters were cute and cozy. The place is well worn; some appliances, mostly gas stove and microwave and towel hooks were very worn out but still useable. We loved all of the amenities, space and privacy in this cabin. We would stay here again. »

« I will say that the floors, sheets, blankets, and towels were all clean. Very disappointed to find trash all over outside including the fire pit. Tools were scattered all around along with multiple blades in the driveway (luckily we didn’t get a flat tire). Above the sink on the light in the bathroom was a syringe with needle just laying there. The cabin smelled like cigarettes. The keurig didn’t work. And the hot tub when I finally got it turned on couldn’t be turned off. When we went to...
