The spacious double bedroom is designed for comfort, with quality bedding, ample storage, and a calm, coastal‑inspired décor. A sleek, modern bathroom adds to the property's boutique feel. Located just a short walk from Sheringham's award‑winning blue‑flag beach, the scenic Norfolk Coast Path, and the town's independent shops, cafés, and restaurants, The Den offers the ideal setting for romantic breaks, walking holidays, and year‑round seaside escapes. With easy access to local attractions including the North Norfolk Railway (Poppy Line), Sheringham Park, Cromer Pier, and the surrounding coastline, this Sheringham holiday cottage combines convenience, comfort, and contemporary style.Enter via the private front door. Opening into a hallway with door opening to: Dining room/kitchen: open plan with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table and four chairs. Two steps down to Living Room: with comfortable sofas, smart TV and feature gas fire with double doors, with two steps, leading out to the garden with patio furniture. Door to Double Bedroom: with kings size bed and built-in wardrobe, TV and bay window (space for travel cot - not provided). Family Bathroom: with shower cubicle with seat, WC (saniflo) and wash basin. Outside: Lawned garden with patio furniture (exclusive to The Den). Parking for 1 car. Please note: Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels included. Wifi available. Location: beach 0.7 miles. Sheringham Golf course 0.4 miles, 8-minute walk. Please bring own travel cot if required. Lovely accommodation
This was our second stay at The Den and it lived up to our expectations. It is in a quiet area yet still close to the station and other amenities. The Den itself is very specious and comfortable with everything you need and has a lovely seated patio area and gardens. We would definitely stay again when we come to the area if available.

Our stay at The Den
We stayed at The Den for 1 week in early May 2025 it is perfect for one to two people. Set within a lovely garden the accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped a private parking place is also provided. Situated In a quiet location convenient 5 minutes walking distance to the town, sea and transport.

A superb holiday let in every respect
This is our 4th visit to the Den. Starting with a warm welcome from Sandra and Trevor we enjoyed a delightful 2 weeks holiday. Yet again we were impressed with the quality of the accommodation and the wide range of top class equipment. On each of our stays we have been blessed by fantastic weather which proved to be the icing on the top of an excellent cake.

The Den
A delightful place to stay in an ideal position just a 10 minute walk from the town.
It has a parking space and your own private garden to relax in.

Wonderful stay
We had a really enjoyable stay at The Den, made even better by being very lucky with the weather. Trevor and Sandra are lovely people and obviously great love and care has been put into making The Den very well-equipped and comfortable. Looking out on their beautiful garden is an added bonus. The property is in a very quiet area but also convenient for Sheringham and the North Norfolk coast which is a favourite of ours. We look forward to visiting The Den again.

Located at the back of the plot, in a side street, this is a superbly quiet location - but just five minutes walk to the railway station or 10-15 minutes to the beach. Comes with it's own generous parking space.

7 day stay at The Den Sherringham
A lovely property situated in Sherringham in a quiet location but central to all the amenities which are on offer in this lovely Norfolk town.
The property itself was immaculate and offered all the facilities needed to make it a lovely comfortable stay.
The hosts Trevor and Sandra were most welcoming and even supplied us with the history of the house the Den is attached to.

Very good! Would definitely recommend!
The Den is in an ideal location. Its situated in a quiet and peaceful area of Sheringham.
It is exceptionally well equipped and although we ate out I would have been able to cook and serve meals with no problems.
It is spotlessly clean and its the only self catering place I don't have to wash crockery just to be careful!
This must be our 4th stay at the Den and it never disappoints. Sandra and Trevor are lovely folk and welcoming hosts.
We will be returning!

Another great holiday at the Den
Following a warm welcome from Sandra and Trevor we were yet again blessed with 2 weeks of excellent weather to enjoy Sheringham and great coastal locations. As usual the Den was spotlessly clean and the high levels of equipment and comfort were maintained. We look forward to a return visit next year.

It was our third visit and every bit as enjoyable and practical as previously.
A very comfortable Lounge and bedroom, which helped us relax and sleep after a very tiring but delightful day at various attractions in the area. It is the only property we have returned to in recent years.. The only thing we would like improved is the bathroom shower. It is relatively weak, although settings can help, and it certainly works well enough to enable a thorough wash.
