« Loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. We skied right out the front door, convenient ski lockers in basement every night. Loved the beautiful onsen, with a view out to the mountain and snow, fully appointed with toiletries. « The shuttle bus driver waiting at the station was very friendly and took care of our bags. Arriving at the hotel, the staff greeted us very warmly and quickly got us into our rooms. The superior room was very beautiful and had a fantastic view of the snowy mountains, and the outdoor onsen with the snow coming down and around it was gorgeous and extremely relaxing.
