« Could be 5 stars but brought it down to 4 because unfortunately the WiFi is NONEXISTENT. They advertise “Free WiFi” every where but it was difficult to join and didn’t even work. We ended up using our cell service our entire stay and unfortunately it’s no different at the Kunming location either.
Otherwise, the hotel was great! The location felt safe, clean, and very close to a subway entrance. There’s lots of food vendors and markets just barely a 10 minute walk away so there’s plenty to do...

« Great room, super clean and luxurious, staff a bit slow they were not able to retrieve my reservation on Hotels.com...
Strong smell of cigarette in the room because of the covered balcony were I presume lot of people smoked.
Breakfast bruch was mainly Chinese dishes but coffee was good!
Nothing much to do or to eat in the neighbourhood had to drive about 15 minutes away to feel the city alive »
