« Overall stay was ok, but perfectible.
When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was not clean, I cleaned it myself. Outside of this, the room was clean.
The overall room equipment is good, but the mechanical ventilation system is very very noisy. And you can't stop it as you can with the air conditioning system.
The reception staff and the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.
I have asked during my stay for a room cleanup, but when I came back in the evening, someone put a "Do not...

« L'hÎtel dessert principalement une clientÚle noire. Lors de notre passage, un incident dans la chambre en face de la nÎtre a nécessité la venue de 4 voitures de police, 2 camions d'incendie et une ambulance. Il était 1h du matin.

« Friendly staff, nice clean room, quiet. Very good breakfast. Overall VERY GOOD.
One disappointment very poor selection of TV channels, yes I know most people don't go to a Hotel for TV, I am older, travel alone, like to watch MeTv, Grit, INSP etc.. this HIE had none of those and for me little other choices. Most IHG hotels do have MeTv, and some other good choice. Just including this for like minded travelers. »
