« This hotel is immaculate and the staff is incredible. We found the location just fine for exploring Portland by car. That being said, the location is urban. If you're not ready to discuss homelessness and addiction with your kids, you may want to reconsider. There are multiple missions in the vicinity so I think that's the reason those unhoused folks tend to hang around. The parking being valet was also a bummer as we prefer to be able to come and go as we please. »

« My check-in process unfortunately didn’t go as smoothly due to technical errors on their end, which impacted my trip. The staff was friendly and responsive and I was told they corrected the issue. However - I still need to see results. The lobby and gym were very clean. My room however had some issues. The floors are some type of wood looking vinyl and it was lifting in the bathroom and near the window. »
