« The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor. »

« The description and photos of this home were off quite a bit. We were under the impression we would have a place to dock our boat. Considering the main focal point in the description is “dock access” and kayaking. You cannot see the water at all from the home, you have to drive to launch your boat, it is 4 each launch and there is nowhere to keep it at the property. There were also a few vehicles taking up parking in the back which is where we would’ve felt more comfortable keeping our vehicle...

« The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty. »

« I never received a message letting us know that the room would be unlocked and the key would be on the table, so we didn't know how to check in. Once we tried, though, they had given our room to someone else and did not let us know. The room they ended up giving us smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I felt sick from it. « Great location to boat ramp, was able to use one of the boat slips overnight. Room was clean, had everything listed there. Water pressure for the shower was awesome, especially after a long hot day out on the lake. »
