„So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. „I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover near GOI airport. The hotel’s appearance and room cleanliness were kept to a very high standard. Having a restaurant and a pool on-site was incredibly convenient after traveling. A special shout-out to the staff, who were very helpful and excellent at organizing a seamless airport transfer for me very early in the morning. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable, hassle-free stay close to the airport!“

„The property looks nothing like the photos. The swimming pool is inside the restaurant not outside like shown in pictures. The standard rooms are quite small with no views of the outside. The hotel is kind of inside a small shopping center. However the sit out area on the 4th floor is nice. The female receptionist is nice though the male receptionists were not helpful when there was no internet for half a day. Special thanks to Benny from the restaurant who was so nice and helpful.“

„We didnt receive aiport pick up and drop off service by the resort. When we asked them the staff stated they don’t peovide that service but why it was written in their hotel information if they dont want to provide this service. Secondly there was wedding going on and it was so noizy until 12.30 am. It was a big bollywood aongs noise and around 15 people were dancing and making noise. We feel like we could have stayed somewhere better instead of this resort so we could enjoy our stay more. “

„The night I stayed there the hotel had a party in the lobby. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep and I needed to get up early the next day for my flight. I also discovered the next day that I was bitten by bed bugs. No manager on duty to complain to.“

„This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.“

There is a shuttle service to the (not so great) beach. Taxis to a much better beach (15 minutes) are readily available.“

„Natürlich sind wir Europäer verwöhnt, was Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung betrifft. Man kann auch noch ein Auge zudrücken, weil es Vorsaison ist, aber einige Dinge in diesem Hotel sind ein No-Go! Zimmer: Muffig, dunkel, abgewohnt, unsauber Frühstück: gut, aber essentielle Dinge wie Osaft oder Joghurt fehlen. Anlage: poolbereich ein Traum, jedoch wird nichts instand gehalten. Zb: Fliesen pröckeln ab, Stromkabel ohne Schutz im poo ( wahrscheinlich hätte hier noch eine Lampe dran sollen?) Geräte ...

„I had problems with my visa to enter India (be careful, visa on arrival is misleading, it should be "visa on arrival with pre-approval", i.e. it takes about 3 days to get a visa online from the Indian authorities). Anyway, I called the hotel and they postponed my dates of stay to the beginning of March. When I arrived in March they said they had no rooms available.
