„Parking lot next to the hotel was being torn up with heavy equipment starting at 10 pm right outside our window. Since it wasn’t looking like it was going to stop, at 1:30 am we requested and got switched to another room. Enjoyed the breakfast.“

„There was only a very thin sheet on this old bed with an old mattress. It was actually just a thin white sheet. The whole room was dirty, the bathroom not properly cleaned, carpet not vacuumed, sticky shelves and the whole night the noise from a workshop nearby. We could also hear our neighbors going to the toilet. The rooms are super noisy, we could hear every word from next room and floor.“

„We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. Maybe there should be some cooking spray to help make it easier to use. The toasters ...

„If I could give cleanliness and amenities 0 stars I would. There were garbage bags at the top of every staircase which had to be used due to the elevator being out of service. The room we were given had blood stained sheets, mystery fluid on the wall and a unkept bathroom. The front desk gentlemen was very accommodating and tried his best to help however the issues were beyond his control. Would not recommend staying here if you value a clean environment.“
