It's a beautiful and clean hotel. The staff are all helpful and eager to assist at all times. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable with so many choices and alll the food delicious.

I’m not sure why this is classified as a 5-star hotel. It is 3.5 stars at best. It is clean and perfectly fine, but it is not a luxury hotel. Also, the hotel has body wash, shampoo and conditioner but no lotion and no hand soap, which is weird. My room on the third floor (333) overlooked a so-called garden. But I do not consider astroturf and potted plants a garden.

Excellent stay, fantastic staff
A fantastic stay. Incredible service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - very accommodating throughout and staff are all lovely. Hotel is modern and well kept, with great facilities and perfectly quiet, which is ideal after the day trips to various sites close by. Recommend!

Comfortable stay
We arrived the hotel with amazing welcome coconuts ice cream during check in. We then stayed in a very comfortable room with nice pool view for four nights. Every thing is excellent especially the pool, the gym room and the restaurant at ground floor.

Liked - Front desk staff were awesome - super efficient and very helpful. Hotomi gets a 10/10 - she went above and beyond to welcome us, get us settled and also take care of us in the restaurant (see notes below on dislike). Liked - the property is lovely. The Spa is excellent. Disliked - the Restaurant staff were less than efficient. They seemed to favor some people more than others. Specifically, we waited more than 30 minutes for menus/attention (after a long 12-hour day of travel). Hitomi from the front desk stopped by to confirm spa arrangements and took our food and drinks orders - the restaurant staff had not done that. Not a one off event; happened again the next day at breakfast and pool bar. So - the F&B team needs more training.

The fit and finishing of the property was below the standards of Marriott's. There was stains on the tv console and in the sink and the toilet seat was loose. However the service provided by the staff was immaculate; warm, attentive but not intrusive. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

Staffs are really helpful and always smiling. Property is new and clean. Location is okay. There really are not many restaurants neraby the hotel for tourists. You either eat the hotel or you have take tuktuk to get somewhere else. There were several power cuts at night during my first night of stay. Air conditioning was not working properly. All these was later explained to me due to the fact that electric power supply was a problem in the city. Strangely, when I looked around other properties in the area, they do not seem to have the problem. Why it only happened to Marriott, no one is able to give me a proper answer. Overall, I like this hotel. Breakfast is okay.

This hotel is amazing! The services, the food, breakfast it was perfect! My daughter loved the kids club and Mom( babysitter she doesn’t want to leave the hotel the day of Check our. All was so good, we plan to come back to the same hotel.

Pleasent stay for 6 nights
Overall stay was good. It was peaceful and relaxing. Beach was very clean and no nuisance of vendors selling items as it is private beach. Floors in the room needs improvement as they are old and scratched. I would like to commend their chef Kavindra Singh. He made superb Indian food and our stay became more pleasant as we are vegetarians. He made food for us on special order. We would recommend this resort to our friends who like to visit places only where good Indian food is available.

everything is just perfect. i travel very often for sure this hotel is one of the best.with this price you can never get one in south east asia. i wonder how the staff can keep smile all day long.may be well train.i do not know.we are human.
