« The room was infested with pests: cockroaches, ants and bed bugs. We saw 3 during our first night at the bathtub, toilet (flying erratically) and at the main room vanity table. My son had bites when he woke up during our first night, and our food always have ants crawling if we miss putting it in the ref. The staff aren't so helpful with our needs such as room service, toiletries re-fill (we asked for a roll of toilet paper twice but were not given) even though the property is not fully booked,...

« The main hotel was in a modern lovely looking building, but the accommodation was buildings surrounding that where old and desperately needed renovation everything was about 30years old and tired. I stayed in a room with 2 single beds one matress was new and very comfortable the other was very old with the springs making a very uncomfortable night.
This place is at most 1 star no way could it be 3 as advertised »
