« We’ve stayed here before, easy access to beach and pool. Road noise a little loud. Since patio is in front. Owner John quick to reply to concerns. My only suggestion is outside areas could use some maintenance. »

« We really enjoyed our week at the Villa! Well stocked! It was so nice to have ample towels and not have to constantly be doing laundry! The kids were so entertained with all the beach toys and we were happy with the beach umbrellas, etc! Villa was very clean and well kept. Will consider this Villa for a future rental. Thank you! »

« We knew SK from having stayed there in the past, so we knew very well where Dave's condo was located and everything was great! The proximity to the beach and SK village on foot, the very pleasant condo which perfectly suited our needs, and above all a private swimming pool available 24 hours a day. « We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The listing mentioned washer/dryer and I assumed that was in unit and it wasn’t. The freezer didn’t have an ice maker or ice trays. The upstairs neighbors were heavy footed. I would stay here again as long as I didn’t need to wash anything. I never did find a washer and dryer, but I also didn’t look very hard around the property. »

« We had a great time at this property. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. The community pool Is only steps away in the backyard. The others who live and rent in the area are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting nearby areas of Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Lido Island and Brandenton. »

« If you are looking for a luxury stay on Siesta Key, look no further. This house is incredibly gorgeous, has all you need, and it is calming with the pool in the middle. The pier was great, the outdoor space was awesome, and overall, it was one of the best trips because of this property! The property manager and owners are fabulous as well!! »

« It was close to the beach, had a nice hot tub around back, was clean, and had all the tv channels. I didn’t like how small it was, they didn’t provide any shampoo/conditioner, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. »
