Guest parking process needs to be better. The parking lot had many available spaces each night we were there for our three week stay, but the one night we needed a space we were told there was not a space and couldn't get a code. The parking lot had multiple empty spaces that night, it was very frustrating. Our guest had to go to Dillon to park their car.

Great location, excellent communication from the management company. Cons: Walls and ceiling are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors. DO NOT PARK in visitors parking under any circumstances, visitors also. We accidently left the car in a visitor spot with the parking pass and it was booted. We paid 150 to get the boot removed. This is on us and not the property management company. Number of units a bit confusing and a little harder to figure out in the dark. Pros: The rental is well stocked in the kitchen and with starter supplies. Management company is responsive. The location is perfect. The hot tub right across from the front door was perfect. Amenities and WiFi top notch.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

My husband and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding and it was PERFECT! My girls and I got ready here before heading to the venue and it was the perfect space for me and my small bridal party. Highly recommend ❤️

We stayed at this property on our mini honeymoon after getting married in Silverthorne back in November. We absolutely loved our rental! Each process was incredibly easy, and the rental was truly gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Saw some previous reviews that sorta blasted the parking and check-in process. Apparently these issues have been fixed. Check-in was a breeze—honestly the easiest I’ve ever had with a VRBO. The property managers were easily reached by text. The parking was fine, too. The designated spot for this condo IS around the back side of the building but it’s far from the worse parking situation I’ve seen with a condo. It was MAYBE a 10-second walk. Also a short walk away was the community hot tub. This unit has one of the shortest walks to the hot tub on the entire property, which was nice with single-digit temps. My wife and I had a great stay.

Cozy, nice counter!

Nice location. Very clean. The fireplace is HOT. All appliances are like new and the counter top is just the best height ever. Parking is strange but it's a complex so thats expected. Windows could use some assist, screen door and curtain but overall, this place is next to target, Dillon, 70, the tunnel and all other ski areas down the road. Its a great location.

The property was very clean. It was spacious and well appointed. The only suggestion I have is to provide thicker drapes in both the living room and bedroom, to shield the space from headlights at night.

Absolutely fantastic place for a Thanksgiving Day Celebration!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Yes, there were a few small things that could have been easier, directions and door code, but… the management company was very helpful when I called for help! This was a wonderfully stocked condo with everything I needed to host a delightful Thanksgiving dinner. Our family live 2 blocks away from the property and with a tiny new grandchild it was so convenient. The condo was ver well stocked and the amenities were great. The windows could use a privacy shade but the comfort of the site made up for this. Washer and dryer were essential for us and terrific. The whole experience was just right. We definitely would like to stay again. Thanks for the lovely memories.

Owner needs a new property management company.

I'm going to start with that I don't usually leave reviews - good or bad. But this experience drove me to post. As a business owner myself, I would want to know how poorly the company was representing me if I was the condo owner. The condo itself was great. Clean, new, nice, very comfortable. I would stay here again if it was managed differently. However, the owner needs to find a different management company. The directions and entry process was entirely wrong and the call center was not helpful. Here's what happened: 1. Received an email with building "C", a 6-digit code for a digital keypad and to park in spot "612". 2. On property directions were wrong. All buildings were numbered (1 through 9) not lettered. Door entry required a 4-digit lockbox code for a physical key. Parking spot was on the other side of the building and opposite corner from the front door (this was not in the information). I drove around the entire property complex several times trying to find the building. I ended up calling Summit Mountain Management. The first call center person hung up on me (I was calm, polite, not angry.). The second person had no idea what she was doing or how to direct me on property. Once I found the door on my own, she kept trying to get me to use the 6-digit keypad code for the non-existent keypad. The third call center person finally gave me what they thought was the lockbox code after digging around in the system for several minutes. Fortunately, the code worked. Again, the condo itself is very nice. But if I was the owner, I would be looking for a new management company if I expect this property to do well and people to return.

Great place to stay!

This was an awesome place to stay while I was in town! Very cute and comfortable. The only issue I encountered was when I went to close up the condo before bed (10pm) I by chance decided to check the sliding glass door. I was a little spooked to find it was unlocked and even cracked slightly. Seeing as it was just me staying there, I was a little spooked but it wasnt anything that changed the overall experience of my stay!

Super cute and clean

We stayed here over the weekend of July 4 hoping to catch a local firework show. No luck there, but we did get some local hikes and fishing in. To tell the truth this place was almost too inviting and comfy. It was hard to leave it to go seek adventures. The place is so fresh and new and stocked with everything you need to get a meal going in the kitchen (minus food). It’s conveniently located near Target for groceries, but be warned,Target was very low on those. We did not know that there would be construction going on right outside our unit when we booked this place, so be warned. This made for some early morning noise, tricky parking and a big trailer parked outside our sliding glass door. Super new, cute and comfy on the inside though.
