Je m'attendait a mieux.
Pour l'arrivé aucun problème, la chambre sans plus, les murs son fin on entend les voisins et problèmes pour les prises qui ne fonctionnent pas toutes. Pour les 5 nuits les horaires de nettoyage, n'étaient jamais les mêmes, pas de ménage le lundi, le roomservice du dimanche soir était encore devant la porte mardi matin!!!!

Très bel hôtel, personnel aux petits soins et très agréable. Parfois un peu la cohue en fin d'horaires pour le petit déjeuner, mais ca reste un détail. Très bien situé, nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Un magnifique palace oriental
Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous aurions toutefois aimé que le concierge puisse donner davantage de conseils sur le plan touristique.

Very lovely. Check out staff is not trained to work under pressure. Shahirah was not able to contain her emotions with calmly assisting customers. There is no need to be passive aggressive to customers. We do not know where lines are. Thanks.

Excellent. Prompt service. The business lounge provides a full bar abd the best food options I have experienced in a lounge. The lobby is very busy but the pool area is lovely.

Located near Marina Bay Sands, this hotel was really conveniently placed and had good transport links to get around Singapore very easily (a 3-minute walk from Promenade MRT which had links to two train lines). The hotel itself was extremely clean and the staff were superb. We were pleasantly surprised with how large this hotel was (38 floors), and yet was incredibly peaceful and quiet. We even got a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely!

Great stay in a lovely hotel in the centre of Singapore. Fantastic location - everything is pretty walkable and there are a few MRT stations nearby if you want to go a little further. Minor gripe was that there isn’t much storage in the room, so for us travelling as a young family with Singapore as a stopover, we found ourselves tripping over our cases a few times.

The staff really goes out of their way to help you out.. That’s fantastic. Singapore is expensive, but it’s worth the expense because it’s clean. safe and people are nice. lots of walkable options close by

お部屋からマリーナベイサンズやガーデンズバイザベイも少し見えて、昼も夜も最高の景色でした！ 複数のショッピングモールへの連絡通路があるためとても便利な上、暑い外を歩かなくてもよかったのが快適でした。 また、フロントでは言葉があまり通じなくても対応が本当に親切でとてもありがたかったです。 またシンガポールに来る時はパンパシフィックを選びます。
