Greetings! First of all, I'm so sorry if our photos gave you a high-tech set-up feeling. Our screens at pods are not for keeping out any noises, as if you want to be soundproof inside the pod, you will have difficulty breathing when the blinds are down. We do not have any portable air conditioning units; I believe the one you mentioned is that every room is equipped with an air purifier with negative ions so that you will have peace of mind during your stay. I hope it clarifies all your doubts, and I hope to see you again!

Thank you for your review, We regret to learn that we did not meet your personal expectations on the bathroom cleanliness and have since informed the team to conduct more regular checks but seek your understanding that the condition of the bathrooms are pretty much dependant of the last users. Pod Suites will need to have a opening for ventilation purpose. Our lobby and corridor are installed with scenting machine and room with air freshener + air purifier. For the towel you had mention we will do a strict check with our laundry vendor. Do give us a chance and stay with us again so we can serve you better next time when you visit Singapore. Thank you!
