« Second time we’ve stayed in this unit. Location is perfect, and the unit is as advertised. I would suggest maybe placing some shelving or a dresser in the bedroom so guests don’t have to live out of their suitcase, but other than that we find it absolutely wonderful! »

« This place is so nice! It’s super tiny, but it did the job for my family of four. The kitchen is small and it’s extremely difficult to reach the items in the cabinets because they are so tall. So a step stool would be nice, but I’m not complaining. The pool was clean and at a perfect temperature. I wish I had received check-in instructions before I arrived. But I called the host, and he was able to help me get in the condo pretty quickly. The host was really nice and so was the property manager....

« Photos are not actual property. Property says sleeps 6, manager says no 4 but couldnt tell me where 4 would sleep. There was only one queen bed. (Manager assumed because there were 2 of us we could sleep together) Theres a futon fit for a child that is hard as rock. Photo shows 2 futons not true. Asked manager to bring an air mattress and it was just tossed on the table without anything to blow it up with. Common area is a joke tables with 2 chairs you could sit on and 4 broken chairs if you...

« Great location, walking distance to Rivera Beach, calmand quite neighborhood. Accommodating with cooking utensils and washer dryers. Management is attentive and responsive with any questions or needs. This has been my second booking at this location. Will definitely return. »

« Be warned. It's very small but if you know that it's otherwise ok. Listing says it sleeps 4 but... there is no way 2 adults can sleep on the convertable couch. It's not a full size bed. Would sleep 2 kids maybe. »

« We were impressed by just how many things were included with our stay. There was a full kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and plenty of things like toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. The primary headroom featured a walk in closet which was a super nice surprise. As scuba divers, we really appreciated access to a hose/outdoor shower to rinse our gear. The only possible upgrades I could think of are very minor. There was no parking spot marked for #5. There were several unmarked spots...
