« Great unit on the best property on Singer Island. My family wanted a brief getaway during Spring Break and booked this trip. We have stayed at the property before, but not the unit. Was a great stay and the bedding, furniture, kitchen were all in good condition. Will visit again next time down to the beach! »

« Like another reviewer mentioned, this property is part of a motel - comparable to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. The unit smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. I opened the windows to try to air it out, but the smell lingered, even after using the air purifier in the closet. There were several dead roaches on the floor, as well as many live ones. The longer we were there, the more we saw, both dead and alive. It got so bad we cancelled our reservation after about an hour and...
