Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Emplacement de rêve. Le restaurant est très bon aussi. La meilleure literie que j'ai vu depuis longtemps.

Lovely experience at this property, it only has 3 bedrooms so it feels very personal. Amazing a la carte breakfast included sitting waterside. Great dinner restaurant , although expensive if with kids. We stayed in the largest room with had its own jacuzzi and harman, highly recommended. Extra kids beds are charged for so please check costs before hand.

This property is lovely, real feel of family to it, the restaurant is very good, we stayed in the spa suite and the spa facilities were excellent. There is no private pool or beach access so we went next door to the public beach to have a swim.

Great location next to the castle and lakeside as well. Beautiful rooms and property. Great food in the restaurant. Unfortunately one of the wall panels in our room fell off on our last night there.

Uno dei migliori soggiorni degli ultimi 5 anni.
L'organizzazione, il team, l'ambiente e il servizio sono stati decisamente fantastici tanto quanto, se non di più, della suite a livello lago. Una esperienza che ci ha permesso davvero di rilassarci, in massima tranquillità e in un ambiente davvero perfetto. Ottima la cucina e la vista dal ristorante sia a cena che a colazione.

No hot water and control over room temp for 2 days out of 3 day stay. Outdoor seating areas were not cleaned and open for use all 3 days. No compensation was made for these short comings. Plenty of excuses were offered, however we were paying for a great experience not excuses. We do not reccomend this property.

Dear Sirs, We thank you for your feedback though if it is not positive, but for sure it helps us to improve our service. We are really sorry that you haven’t a good experience in our Relais though we tried to do everything possible to solve all problems and make your stay more comfortable. Unfortunately the weather in May of this year was unusual, very cold and raining every day. This is a reason why there was a winter option set up until the end of May in all the rooms and restaurant ambients as well as in all hotels of Sirmione. After your request Saturday we called immediately a technitian and he set up a summer option, even if our restaurant guests were not happy to eat in cold restaurant halls. Now the owner together with technicians are searching a way to solve a problem of independent air conditioning system for every room and restaurant halls. For the same reason – cold weather, raining and strong cold wind – our Solarium terrace was not open until the end of May. We discussed with technitians a problem of no hot water early morning as well. With purpose not to waste energy and to preserve environment a boiler does not work with the maximum power during night. So early morning one should wait for 1-2 minutes to have hot water.

Excellence personified!
The accommodations, hospitality, service, availability the unfailing attentiveness to guests on the part of the knowledgeable and bilingual staff, as well as food on the immaculate premises were superb and beyond reproach. My wife and I have circumvented the globe many times, on the finest of cruise lines and staying in some of the best hotels in the world, and have found none whose attentiveness to both detail and guest's comfort exceed that afforded to us at Relais la Speranzina.

Honeymoon Suprise
This hotel was a surprise stay on our honeymoon, as my wife thought we were booked in a different 1. From booking in with Angelika, to the fantastic suite, the views & the food the whole experience was very special. We stayed in the Royal Suite Maria Luisa. This was every bit as good as expected and a little bit more. Having your own Spa facilities within the room is quite special. The views over the lake from the balcony, and the outside bar/restaurant area are probably the best you could get in Sirimione. The inclusive breakfast is extensive with lots of fresh fruit, cereal, cooked and cold meats. Along with fresh ground coffee and assorted teas. The staff are a credit to this hotel & resturant, we dined here on 2 occasions, during our 5 night stay, and the food is beautifully cooked and presented, by the very knowledgeable staff. Even if only visiting Sirimione it is worth a visit to have a drink or dine here.

An amazing stay at an amazing boutique hotel. Attention to detail was second to none. The staff were very friendly, obliging & nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous view from the terrace, an absolute joy to stay at this property
