Apparently Vacasa finds it acceptable in their rental homes to have dirty bandaids on the floor in the bedroom. Not photographed is the tampon my daughter’s friend found in her bed (opened but not used thank god), the dirty BBQ and the frying pan with crusty food on it. When I reached out with my issue after our departure, I was told sorry, you didn’t tell us this during your stay so we can’t fix it. Call me crazy, but when I pay almost 900 for three nights, I don’t expect to find dirty bandaids on the bedroom floor and tampons in the bed. With so many options for vacation rentals, I’ll think twice about renting from a company that doesn’t hold their cleaners to a standard. Sad because the house was cute and the owners probably pay a premium for management services. Only giving it two stars because the house was cute once we got past the disgusting lack of attention to detail in the cleaning and conveniently located.
