« The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. « My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, situated right next to the train and long-distance bus stations. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I especially want to thank Ms. Liu Jina for her patience and assistance—she truly went above and beyond, making my stay great and memorable. Thank you very much! »

« My rooms was decent and staff are as helpful as they can be (little to no English. Colleagues staying there were not happy with their rooms - bad smells apparently. »

Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby). »

« Good hotel, employees speak English. The room was clean and comfortable. Be careful, location on the app or Google map is wrong. »
