„We stayed here for a wedding. We had a two year old with us. They do not have cribs or pack n plays available. We were on the third floor. There is no elevator so we had to climb up and down the stairs with all the kids and luggage. It was very inconvenient. The pillows were small, square pillows and not a normal size for a queen size bed. The stove burners were all uneven, which made it difficult to cook on. „This is my preferred hotel in Topeka. The rooms and hotel property are consistently clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the nearby restaurant options are pretty good.“

„Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!“

„The bathroom tub and surround was disgusting. The shower curtain was also filthy. The bed spread has cigarettes burns all over it. The table the TV was on the.leg was about to fall off. This place could use some work for sure. I don't recommend it. Wish I could get my money back.“

„There is a bar and food in the restaurant in for the evening, 5pm - 10pm. There is a limited pay as you go breakfast where regular coffee is free. Not a showstopper where the staff is very friendly and the establishment is clean and well maintained.“

„Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay“

„Parking lot littered and weedy. Pool and ice machine broken. Rooms dirty. Sheets with mildew. Spiders. Property worn and shabby. Sign says continental breakfast... none provided. Floors sticky, curtains dirty and sagging. Mismatched furniture, cigarette burns. Towels gray and thin. No daily housekeeping. Fridge and hairdryer did not work. Smelled musty. I'm 67 and have traveled the world and this is the worst place I've ever stayed. Did not feel safe alone. Only positive was nearby shops and ...

Popcorn zwischen Bett und Sofa, Schnutz im Bad, Chipskrümel im Schubfach, Müll unterm Waschbecken! Das geht gar nicht. Frühstück unterirdisch! Nur eingepackte Bagles, wenig Auswahl, billigstes Plastikbesteck, Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt… alles in allem: für ein Hyatt Place mehr als enttäuschend!! “
