« Room was excellent. It seemed new or nearly new. Bathroom was very clean. It has a kitchen, which was also very clean. Loved the comfortable mattress, but I like fluffy, pillow top soft mattresses. For a remote place in Alaska, this hotel is probably the cleanest and best I have personally experienced at this price point. Airport shuttle provides free ride. Two-three blocks to tour busses at Harrigan Centennial Hall. Hotel has no restaurant. Highlander coffee shop is updated, clean and modern...

« The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas. »
